About UroChartEHR
UroChartEHR includes IMS' patent-pending timeline method of organizing
electronic medical records. Rapid data entry is assured by utilizing
touchscreens, voice recognition, a mouse, and high speed scanners.
These features help urologists and their st aff enter data efficiently
and accurately and allow quick data harvesting of relevant information
to care for patients. Another important feature of UroChartEHR is
its ability to automatically calculate and suggest appropriate E&M
codes needed to bill third parties. This is important to urologists
because lowering overhead and increasing revenues is vital to the
financial health of a practice. IMS' current customers have found
that once the urologists and their staff become familiar with the
system, their clinic's efficiency and productivity will rise.
The software can manage the following procedures in specialists'
offices:
- Documents office visit notes and procedures
- Writes/refills scripts to print or fax
- Orders laboratory testing and x-rays
- Prints patient information sheets
- Schedules appointments and surgeries
- Generates Superbill with ICD-9, CPT, E&M codes
- Creates referral letters
- Completes and signs OV note
- Organizes relevant medical data
This software makes it easy to view organized data, resulting in
better documentation of procedures. UroChartEHR also eliminates or
reduces transcription costs.
