Intuitive Medical Software, LLC, announced today that its product, UroChartEHR version 4.0, is a pre-market conditionally CCHIT Certified® 2011 Ambulatory EHR. IMS received a 5-star rating for UroChartEHR, a urology specific EHR. A 5-star rating is the highest rating offered by the Certification from the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®).

UroChartEHR includes IMS' patent-pending timeline method of organizing electronic medical records.
