Our 24 x 7 Customer Support services incorporate both on-line and toll-free telephone access to our Product Support Analysts. Calls are answered by live product experts between the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Standard Time. After hours, we continue to provide support with a direct line to our on-call representative. All calls are tracked and managed via our industry leading CRM software to maintain a valuable history of issues and solutions.
Over the past year, on average, 65% of all in-coming calls to our Support Team have been resolved during the initial contact with the client. Of the cases not closed during the initial contact with the client, the average call resolution time is under 14 hours.
